For activities within the village of Laguna Woods, the Sunshine Performance Club events are for Laguna Woods residents and their guests.
It was disappointing to rehearse and prepare for a show that didn't happen -
- It couldn't happen because the pandemic hit and all clubhouses closed.
Please watch the weekly group emails and this webpage for a new date for the "Sunshine Show of Tomorrow!"
The show will be done under the new normal of social distancing when we are allowed to have large group gatherings in Clubhouse 5.
This won't be possible until Stage 4 of recovery and will require everyone to follow the social distancing rules.
When we are allowed to have small gatherings with social distancing, the rehearsal schedule below will show the new schedule and final day preparation information. When the practice sessions start again for this show, we will be well on our way towards pesenting an excellent show.

Be prepared to take program from start to finish during the next three rehearsals to ensure a smooth uninterrupted transition between each song. To save on time, if songs is well rehearsed, only the beginning of the song will be played before we switch to the next song.

Promotion
Entertainers need to promote the event to friends, neighbors --
we need 98 people to have a full house
It's much more exciting to perform for a full house;
but it won't happen if the entertainers don't promote the show
Event Day
5 PM Sound Check on show day March 26 (Doors open at 5:30 pm)
We need to be certain sound is good and everyone is ready with a sound check between 5 and 5:30
I moved the time when Jerry can begin set-up from 5 pm to 4:30 pm;
this change allows the 5 pm sound check.
